Bread making workshop – Thursday 10th November

During this bread making workshop you’ll learn the difference between acitve and easy bake yeasts.  We’ll mix, knead and bake two batches of dough using slightly different techniques.  A wide range of flours will be available to choose from to make a dough that we’ll use for our pizza and to make loaves or rolls, and our second dough will become foccacia.   We’ll enjoy our pizza for lunch and you’ll have lots to take home.  Recipe booklets include all of the recipes of the food enjoyed during the course.

All equipment, ingredients, refreshments, lunch and recipes are provided.
