Pastry workshop – Thursday 24th March

Ticket Price – £70 per person

Arrival time 09:30, finish 2pm

During this pastry workshop we’ll make shortcrust pastry which can be adapted for sweet or savoury dishes and rough puff pastry.  We’ll use our pastry to make a variety of sweet and savoury dishes for example: mini quiche, cinnamon swirls, cheese straws and fruit tarts.

All equipment, ingredients, refreshments, lunch and recipe booklets are provided and you’ll have lots to take home.
