Pastry workshop – Thursday 24th November

Arrival time 09:30, finish 2pm

During this festive themed pastry workshop we’ll make shortcrust pastry which can be adapted for sweet or savoury dishes and rough puff pastry.  We’ll use our pastry to make sausage rolls, mince pies and cheese twists.

All equipment, ingredients, refreshments, lunch and recipe booklets are provided and you’ll have lots to take home.
