I recently had the privilege of joining friends for a secret supper at Through the Looking Glass. The food served was exceptional, locally sourced, superbly cooked and extremely tasty. I can not recommend this venue enough.

Great relaxed evening with excellent food.

We had a fabulous experience, great food, beautiful setting and friendly staff. Would thoroughly for romantic dinner for two to a group get together – takes all the stress out of entertaining!

We had a fantastic dining experience last weekend. The food was delicious (either home-grown or produced locally), the setting and view fantastic. The table had been laid beautifully and decorated with flowers from the garden. We had a wonderful attentive waitress. I cannot wait to go again! Strongly recommend

Group of 12 all loved every aspect! Some comments we shared:
Great relaxed atmosphere.
Excellent service.
Never felt rushed.
Perfect gap between courses to chat and make space for more very tasty, filling and beautifully presented food. All together a fab night out.
If this was come dine with me, I’d give a 10 in the taxi home.
Highly recommended by all of us.
Will book again.

Wow, so impressed. I am a compulsive diner and Through the Looking Glass comes up tops. Not a chef? You should have a Michelin star. Very unique. Alice the owner is a legend and we were also looked after by the lovely Marcella. Until the next time.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by Alice and felt completely at home. The dining room was beautiful and felt like a fine dining experience. The menu was fresh and delicious, bring your own worked extremely well and we were topped up and served by two friendly and professional waitresses. Highly recommend for a catch up with friends or a romantic meal for two. Looking forward to returning when the summer light is back to enjoy the view!
